Back To The Grind!!!

 I am finally 100% healthy!!! After a long sustained ankle injury that lasted over 9 months, I can finally train and exercise at a full extent. It is hard to believe that for the first time since December of 2010 I was able to do sprints and my coordination was back to normal. This past wednesday I started my routine with  some  Kettlebelt, climbing ropes, flipping tires, rows and all kind of great exercises to get me in top shape for competition. I was tired, drained, but it was a happy moment just to be able to function again at full strength…. Now back to the grind!!!
